Conference Registration
IMPORTANT: Participants without conference passes will be refused entry to the conference venue.
Staff of MOE schools (including independent schools)/ MOE HQ:
Your conference pass will be delivered to your respective schools/ branches by 19 Oct (Tue). Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you have not received it by then.
Please bring along your pass on the first day for entry to the conference venue and to collect your conference materials from the registration counter situated on Level 2 at SOTA from 8.30am onwards.
All other participants:
Please register for the conference at Level 2, SOTA to collect your conference pass and materials from 8.00am onwards. Registration will close at 8.45am.
Other Useful Information
Attire
Please come in appropriate, and yet comfortable attire, as some of the concurrent sessions may involve the participants in some form of physical activity.
Things to bring
Please bring along your writing materials. However, a conference journal will be part of the conference materials you will be receiving. In the spirit of sustainability, please bring along a water-bottle, so that you will have ready access to hydration.
Meals
Tea-breaks and lunch will be provided for all three days of the conference. All meals provided are Halal-certified and will not contain any beef.

Getting there
By train
The nearest Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station is the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station which is accessible via the North South Line (NS24), the North East Line (NE6) and the Circle Line (CC1).

There will be no parking facilities available for conference participants at SOTA. Parking facilities are available at The Cathay, PoMo, Singapore Management University and Hotel Rendezvous
